My kids are normal in that they ask for snacks All. Day. Long.  This Halloween season I got a little creative for special snack. We created a Halloween Pudding Bar.

Halloween Pudding Bar

Create a fun Halloween Pudding Bar with Snack Packs and creepy ingredients.

This isn’t just for little kids, my teens had fun being creative with the mix-ins too. Heck I had fun, hahahaha!

Setting up this Pudding Bar is easy and fun. To start you will need to create tags like those above. I created the tags on PicMonkey, you can create your own tags with your creative creepy ingredients.

Cut the tags out, punch a hole in the top. You’ll need string or baker’s twine to attach the tags.

Gather clean, empty jars. I used jars of varied sizes to add to the creepy factor. The jars were empty baby food jars, pickle jars or spaghetti sauce jars. Attach the tags to all of your jars.

For everything else needed to set up this fun pudding bar head to Meijer!!! Before you go don’t forget to clip the mPerks coupon good for $1 off 4 Snack Packs for the coupon click here and search “snack pack.” If you aren’t an mPerks member you can sign up by visiting here, you’ll want this membership because it’s full of great coupons and deals. Once at Meijer head to the aisle full of baking supplies which is where you’ll find the Snack Packs in a variety of flavors. After you pick your pudding flavors then pick up things to fill those jar. Here’s a great list of ideas:

  • raisins
  • marshmallows
  • candy corn
  • chocolate chips or other flavor/color baking chips
  • crushed cookies
  • candy worms
  • pretzels- plain, yogurt covered or whited chocolate
  • cereals- cinnamon sugar, rice,
  • other candies – eyes,

Fill your jars and your simple ingredients become creepy and fun for your pudding bar.

For the rest of the set up snap apart all the Snack Pack pudding cups and set up in a spooky cauldron next to your jars. I also included paper plates and napkins with the necessary spoons that I found at Meijer also.

Now let your little monsters create a delish and fun snack!!! I’m sure you’ll have requests for more than one.
